Recalling approved time off requests
In ASV, you can recall (cancel) approved time off requests that employees have created for non-MVS shifts or for unscheduled days. Any shifts covered by the time off request are re-assigned to the employee when the time off request is recalled. You can also assign an ad-hoc shift to the employee on the date of the canceled time off request. The ad-hoc shift cannot overlap any of the employe's existing shifts.
To recall an approved request, the associated time off type must be defined as recallable. If the associated time off type has not been defined as recallable, only the employee associated with the approved request can cancel it.
See the Infor Workforce Management Time Off Planner User Guide for details on time off type configuration.
