Non-MVS shifts in KPIs and coverage in Central Staffing

Hours in non-MVS shifts are included in the weekly scheduled hours for employees if the activity is configured as a working activity. Hours for working activities are also included in these calculations in the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) panel. Square brackets are used to indicate exclusions from coverage and the KPI panel prior to silent conversion:
