Including areas in Staffing Requirement Templates

When creating a Staffing Requirement Template (SRT), you can select the Include Areas check box to have all the active areas for the team displayed under each day part. As a scheduler, you can add or remove jobs under each area using the plus icon in the area header or the trash icon next to a job. Jobs cannot be duplicated within an area. Jobs can be duplicated within the same day part but must be under different areas.

You can also specify the Headcounts/Hours per Job or Skills. If the Include Areas check box is set to false, it is disabled and the SRT remains open without areas, allowing you to specify the requirements per Day Part/Job.

  1. Display the available SRTs.
  2. Click the plus sign (+) icon under the Schedule Templates heading, to add a new SRT.
