Adding on-call time to a shift

You can add on-call time to a shift.

For example, an employee scheduled to work from 9:00 to 13:00 must also be on-call from 7:00 to 19:00.

  1. Display the ASV view in which you want to add on-call time to a shift.
  2. Click the Edit Mode icon in the upper right corner of the window.
  3. Select Details Edit.
  4. Select the shift that you want to add on-call time to.
  5. Click Add On-call. The on-call time detail is marked with a green background.
  6. Specify this information in the on-call time detail:
    Start Time
    Specify the time when the on-call time starts.
    End Time
    Specify the time when the on-call time ends.
    Position
    Optionally, select a different job for the on-call time.
    Activity
    Select an on-call activity.
    Docket
    Optionally, select a different docket for the on-call time.
    Department
    Optionally, select a different department for the on-call time.
    Project
    Optionally, select a different project for the on-call time.
  7. Click Save.
    An icon is added to the shift cell, indicating the shift contains on-call time.
