Viewing aggregate weekly totals for employee rotations in MR and ASV

With release 2023.10, you can see an aggregate of weekly totals for employees in either MR or ASV. This total includes the total hours from all the rotations that an employee is assigned to. When the feature is enabled, each employee's aggregate totals display on the scheduling screen.
