Bulk row version editing
Bulk row version editing can be used to create a new version of every row in a Master Rotation (MR) or One-time Schedule (OTS) template. This creates a new version of the entire teplate, which can save time compared with creating individual row versions. You can then edit the rotation shifts or labor metrics in all the rows for the effective date range of the bulk row version. All rows in a bulk row version must be edited, saved, and activated together.
Bulk row version editing is also used when adding multiple rows to an MR or OTS template. The new rows added to the template are treated as a bulk row version, and they are edited together to create the shift rotation and labor metrics. When adding rows, the existing rows in the template are not affected.
