Adding shift comments using Mass Edit

You can add the same shift comment to multiple shifts using Mass Edit mode. In Mass Edit mode, the Shift Comments pop-up does not display existing comments associated with the selected shifts.

  1. Display the schedule in ASV that has the shifts that you would like to add a comment to.
    See Displaying schedules with ASV.
  2. Select Edit Mode > Mass Edit.
  3. Select the shifts.
  4. Click the pencil icon and select Shift Comments.
  5. Specify your comment and click Add Comment.
The comment is added to the selected shifts.
