Modifying subscription period in child teams

You can modify the date range for the shifts of a child team that has inherited shifts from the parent team. In addition, you can unsubscribe a shift from the parent team if the shift is not applicable in the child team.

  1. Select Scheduling > Multi-view Scheduler > Advanced Settings > ES Data Definitions > Shift Configuration.
  2. Select a unit and date and click Load.
    The shifts that are available for the selected unit and date are displayed.
  3. Click the pencil icon for the shift you want to modify the subscription period of.
  4. Select Modify Subscription.
  5. Select one of these options:
    • Unsubscribe: Unsubscribes from this shift if the shift has never been used in the child team. Once unsubscribed, the shift will not be available for scheduling in this team.
    • Change Subscription Dates: Modifies a child team's subscription to a shift. Specify new subscription dates. Also, specify the team for which this subscription change is applicable.
  6. Click Save.
