Book off unpublished shifts in ASV

Under a configuration with a registry setting, users can book off unpublished shifts. Once booked off, users also have the ability to cancel book offs. This feature is available in Details Edit mode, Mass Edit mode, and the Book-off Wizard.

Leaving the default value false unchanged indicates that unpublished shifts cannot be booked off in ASV.

• Book Off Action in Details Edit mode: You can access the Book Off action on an unpublished shift. Conversely, you have the option to select Cancel Book Off for a shift that has been booked off.
• Book Off Action in Mass Edit mode: You can choose to book off multiple unpublished shifts. Conversely, you can choose to cancel book off for multiple unpublished shifts.
• Book Off Wizard: Unpublished shifts are displayed when loading up the wizard for scheduled days. If there are any unpublished shifts, the wizard will add more rows to display unpublished shifts.
