Configuring new rejection reasons for relief shifts

  1. Select Scheduling > Multi-biew Scheduler > Advanced Settings > ES Data Definitions > Reason.
  2. Click Create New Entry to configure a relief shift rejection reason.
    A blank Reason - Details panel is displayed.
  3. Specify a name for your new reason, description, and sort order relative to other rejection reasons.
  4. For the Reason for Refuse QL, Reason for SC QL, and Reason for Availability QL options, select one rejection reason for each of the options.
  5. Click Save.
