Configuring custom data columns

You can configure up to five new custom data columns with specific attributes.
  1. In WFM, select Scheduling > Forms > Custom Data Columns.
  2. To add a custom data column, click Create a New Entry.
  3. Specify this information:
    Data Column Name
    Specify the name of the data column. This is a required field.
    Data Column Description
    Provide a description of the data column.
    Display Format
    Specify or search for the display format in the database lookup. This is a required field.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Optionally, you can click Return to form listing to go back to the Customs Data Columns page.
