Cleaning up inactive employee schedule

  1. Select Scheduling > Multi-view Scheduler > Advanced Settings > ES Data Definitions > Schedule Cleanup Requests.
  2. Select Employee Inactivation Schedule Cleanup and click Go.
  3. Click Show Advanced Search.
  4. Specify this information:
    Employee
    Select the employee to clean schedule.
    Start date
    Select the start date for the schedule cleanup.
    End date
    Select the end date for the schedule cleanup.
    Status
    Select READY.
  5. Click Save.
The employee schedule cleanup is saved and is performed the next time the Schedule Cleanup Task runs.
