Managing schedule presets in MVS
Schedule presets can be created by users to save a set of schedule selection criteria in the ASV, Central Staffing, or Relief Queue. Users can use schedule presets to recall schedules that they use often. For example, a supervisor could save a preset in ASV to edit their team's weekly schedule.
Schedule presets that are no longer required can be deleted. Users in the SUPERVISORS security group can delete presets that they have created. Users in the SYSTEM ADMINS security group can delete presets for any user.
