Configuring pay type codes
Work types must be created for each pay type code required by CMS.
- Configure the Employee Work Types maintenance form to display it in the WFM application menu. This maintenance form is hidden by default.
- Open the Employee Work Type maintenance form.
- Click Create New Entry.

Specify this information:
- Work Type
- The pay type description defined by CMS.
- Description
- A description of the work type.
- Full time?
- Leave the check box disabled.
- Sort Order
- The sort order for the work type.
- Pay Type Code
- The pay type code defined by CMS.
- Click Save.
- Add additional work types for any other pay type codes required by CMS.
