Schedule costing in OTS

The cost of an OTS schedule is displayed in the Details panel of the OTS edit screen. Similar to MR, the cost displayed when editing an OTS schedule can be calculated using the Time and Attendance algorithm or the MVS algorithm. When editing OTS template row versions, the MVS algorithm is always used to estimate the cost of the schedule in the OTS template.
