Regenerating the calendar subscription URL for an employee

As an administrator, you can view the current calendar URL associated with each employee that you have access to. You can also generate a new calendar URL for an employee, if necessary.

  1. Select Maintenance > System Administration > Employee Calendar to view the current calendar URL associated with each employee that you have access to.
    Note: Only employees that have generated a calendar URL from WFM are displayed.
  2. Optionally, use the Employee lookup to search for an employee. If the employee does not have a calendar URL, then "No Records Found" is displayed.
  3. Click Recreate to regenerate the calendar URL of an employee.
  4. Click Recreate to confirm.
The employee's calendar URL is updated. The employee must resubscribe to the calendar feed using the new URL.
