Setting up a survey

As a system administrator, you are responsible for setting up new surveys.

To set up a survey, complete these tasks:

1. Create the survey.
2. Determine the employees eligible for the survey.
3. Determine when to present the survey.
4. Define the prompts for the survey.
5. Determine the next prompt based on the response value of the previous prompt.
