Key Components
These components are used with employee teams:
- Employee
- The employee to whom you want to associate a team.
- Team
- The team you want to associate with the specified employee.
- Start Date
- The date the employee team becomes effective.
- End Date
- The date the employee team becomes ineffective.
- Home Team
- Indicates whether or not this is the employee’s home team.
- System Generated

Indicates whether or not this team was generated by the application.
When performing certain operations, the application creates team assignments automatically, rather than requiring a user to formally make team assignments in the application.
For example, when an employee is loaned to another store using ELaB functionality, the application automatically assigns the employee to a team (temporarily) in the borrow location for the duration of the borrow period.
