Results Section
After you have searched your location tree, selected an area of the location tree, or performed a search in the Operations section, the Results section allows you to:
- View location tree contents (by selecting corporate entity, store and department nodes) and their details.
- View the results of advanced searches performed in the Location section.
- View the results of complex searches performed in the Operations section.
The Results section is displayed in the upper right quadrant of the Configuration Editor page, in the upper half of the Details Pane.
The Results section only loads data based on screen-size. When the list of entities returned (by actions you have taken in the Navigation Pane) is larger than what can fit in the available window space, the Results section becomes a viewport into the larger amount of data. To see the data outside of the viewport, use the vertical scroll bar on the right side of the Results table. As you scroll, data is dynamically-loaded, helping to guarantee quality of service. (The screen appears blank as you are scrolling. When you release your mouse, the information is loaded.)
Once entities are listed in the Results section of the Details Pane, you can act on them as follows:
- Add new entities (an individual entity at a time).
- Edit or delete existing entities (multiple entities at a time, if desired).
- In cases of locations and drivers, copy or paste an entity to a new location. See Copying and Pasting Locations and Drivers.
When you click on a list item in a Results table, the row is selected. Clicking subsequent items selects them as well. You can click an item again to deselect the item. Alternately, you can select or deselect items using the Select All and Select None links.
