Volume-Driven Requirements
Volume-driven requirements are dynamic. The amount of scheduled staff within a store or department is tied to the volume or number of customers expected or forecasted for that time. If the forecasted volume for a store doubles in the afternoon, this creates a volume-driven staffing requirement of twice the number of staff for the afternoons.
Each driver within a store needs to have a unique location type within a store that is used during grouping for volume-driven requirements. For more information about the uniqueness of driver locations types within stores, see Drivers.
