Entity Details Section

The Entity Details section displays in the lower right quadrant of the Configuration Editor page, in the lower half of the Details Pane, depending which entity type you have selected from the drop-down-list box in the Operations section.

  • When you have store or department entities in the Results section of the Configuration Editor page, the Entity Details section displays the Hours of Operation and Properties tabs. You can view and modify hours of operation and properties data for selected stores or departments.
  • When you have special days listed in the Results section of the Configuration Editor page, the Entity Details section displays the Occurrences tab. You can view and modify the occurrences for the selected special days.
  • When you have jobs listed in the Results section of the Configuration Editor page, the Entity Details section displays the Job Rate and Job Team tabs. You can view and configure the job rate and job teams for the selected jobs.
  • When you have skills listed in the Results section of the Configuration Editor page, the Entity Details section displays the Skill Team tab. You can view and modify the skill teams for the selected skills.
  • When you have staffing requirements entities in the Results section of the Configuration Editor page, the Entity Details section displays the Requirements and Distributions tabs. You can view and modify staffing requirement details and distributions.
  • When you have staff groups listed in the Results section of the Configuration Editor page, the Entity Details section displays the Shift Rules, Break Rules, and Staff Rules tabs. You can view and configure the rules for the selected staff groups.
  • When you have employees listed in the Results section of the Configuration Editor page, the Entity Details section displays the Job, Team, Skill, Availability and Fixed Shift tabs. You can view and modify this information for the selected employees.

For many entity types, including location types, corporate entities, distribution types, distributions, forecast groups, drivers, jobs, skills, activities and volume types, there are no entity details and the Entity Details section is not displayed.
