Skill Team

You can create an association between the selected skills and a team using the Skill Team tab. That is, you can pick a team corresponding to a location for the purpose of restricting visibility of that skill to the specified team and all sub-teams.

Skill

Specify a skill to create a relationship between that skill and a particular team specified in the Team field. This relationship ensures that employees assigned to the specified team have the skill.

Team

Specify a team to create a relationship between that team and a particular skill specified in the Skill field. This relationship ensures that employees assigned to the specified team have the specified skill.
