Click
Create New Entry.

Specify this information:
- Schedule Profile Name
- Specify the name of the schedule profile.
- Schedule Profile Description
- Specify a description of the schedule profile.
- Location
- Select the location to which this profile applies using the
lookup.
- Include Sublocations
- Indicate whether to apply this profile to the sub locations
of selected locations from the drop-down list.
- Schedule Length
- Specify the length of the schedule in days.
- Shift Times
- Indicate how the shift times for the schedule are generated
from the drop-down list. You can define shift times manually or have the system
generate shift times using the shift rules that are defined for the staff
groups at the location.
- Staff Assignment
- Indicate how the staffing assignments are made from the
drop-down list.
- Staffing Requirements
- Indicate how the staffing requirements are defined from the
drop-down list. You can define staffing requirements manually, load staffing
requirements from the location information, or have the system generate the
requirements from the forecast.
- Profile used for Batch schedule generation?
- Indicate whether to use batch processing with this schedule
from the drop-down list.

Click
Save.

Select a staff group using the
Staff Group lookup.

Select a level of preference for the staff group in the
Group Preference Weight
drop-down list.

Save.
