Notifications for claimed shifts

When an employee successfully claims a Mobile Shift Offer, the user that offered the shift is notified. The notification is sent by WFM Workmail to the user.

The user is not notified when an employee is unsuccessful in claiming a Mobile Shift Offer, or when the Mobile Shift Offer expires.
