Sales per hour calculation (SPH)

Sales Per Hour (SPH) is calculated by dividing sales in dollars by hours, where:

  • Sales is the total of the forecasted sales for all drivers that have been indicated as "Sales Based" in the driver configuration.
  • Hours is the total of hours for activities that both contribute to cost and are indicated as used in the SPH calculation.

For example:

  1. Hours = 46.75
  2. Total sales is 58507.00
  3. SPH = 1251.49 = (58507/46.75)
