Best practices for fixed shifts

Fixed shift schedules should respect employees' availability and individual settings. For example, the scheduled number of hours should not exceed the employee's maximum hours. Fixed shift schedules should also follow the schedule rules used to schedule the employee in relevant staff groups or Auto-Assignment groups.
