Claimed shifts

When an employee claims a shift in the billboard, a workflow is started for the claim request. If the request completes all the validation and approval steps in the workflow, the shift is added to the claiming employee's schedule. The billboard icon is removed from the shift in both the Daily and Weekly views in the LFSO Schedule screen. If the employee is assigned to any shifts that are adjacent to the billboard shift, the billboard shift is merged with the adjacent shifts.
