Setting up the Six Pay Period Productivity trend report

From the homepage, select .
- Specify this information:
- Team
- Specify the team in which you want to run the report. You
can also click the database lookup and select multiple teams from
the list.
- Include Sub Team
- Select or clear the check box if applicable.
- Pay Group for Pay Period Dates
- Specify a pay period date or click the database lookup and
select a pay period date. This field is optional and should be used
only when a team has employees in multiple pay groups. It helps
determine the dates for which the report should run.
- Reference Date
- Specify a reference date or click the calendar icon and
select a date. The date you select must fall within the pay period
for which you are running the report.
- Show Parameters
- Select Yes or No to show or hide the parameters. The
default value is Yes.
- Report Format
- Select HTML, PDF, or Excel as the report format. The
default value is HTML.
