Enabling the Maintenance Forms

  1. From the homepage, select Maintenance > System Administration > Maintenance Forms.
  2. Specify the name of the maintenance form in the search bar.
  3. Click Find.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. In Menu Parent, click the database lookup icon.
  6. Specify the Menu Parent - Form Name.
  7. Click Find.
  8. Select the Menu Parent - Form Name that you specified.
  9. Click Save.
  10. In Maintenance Form Groups, select the check box beside the relevant security group: SYSTEM ADMIN, INFOR ADMIN, or SUPERVISORS.
  11. Under Permissions, select Edit.
  12. Click Save.
