Configuring UTF-8 on the WFM database

The WFM application supports Unicode on an Oracle database and has not certified Unicode support for MS SQL Server databases.

This section provides instructions on configuring UTF-8 for an Oracle database. If you are using a different database, refer to your database documentation for instructions on how to configure for UTF- 8.
