9 As Of Date for Balance reporting This date must be greater than the Plan entry date for an employee. EffectiveDate YYYYMMDD Validations based on Plan Entry date Date This is the date when the update is effective. The HRT Absence application validates that the date is after the Plan Entry date.
10 Employee Seniority Date EMPLOYEE.EMP_SENIORITY_DATE

WFM does not store a plan entry date/entitlement entry date.

However, HRT Absence requires a date that is less than other dates set on the balance. For example, Carry Over Last Date. WFM uses Employee Seniority Date since the employee's seniority date is less than other plan entry/balance accrual dates.
