Export Record Status Field (Column 2)

The Export_Record_Status field (column 2) holds these values and is only valid when the Performs Difference parameter is selected in the HR Export Task Parameters page:

I

Indicates that the record was inserted (for example, for a new employee). If there have been updates done since the employee was created in the application, the record is exported as I.

U

Indicates that the employee record was updated for any of the entities contained in export mapping.

D

Indicates that the employee (with name in Emp_Name column) was deleted. Only Emp_Name column is updated for deleted employees.
