User roles

The User_Role interface field allows you to specify the employee's role in the organization. Two types of user roles exist: virtual and non-virtual.

A non-virtual role cannot be interchanged between employees. For example, the Supervisor role can only be assigned to one employee and cannot be given to another employee by the Employee Import process.

A virtual role can be assigned to multiple employees during the Employee Import process.
