Scenario: Data controller will modify the System Scheduling Enabled field

If an employee does not have a corresponding user to access the application, then the data controller needs to make this change in the application. Infor recommends that a form be used where the data controller can select the employee from a DB lookup control and update the System Scheduling Enabled field (self-hosted customers only). A note should be added stating that this change is being done by the data controller at the data subject’s request or with the data subject being present. A record of the person making the change should be noted.
