Features for protecting personal data

An individual has the right to know how your company is protecting their data. Workforce Management offers these features to secure your personal data:

• Authentication uses user name and password or Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML). If you are authenticating using a user name and password, you can configure password policies using available registry parameters.
• Security groups control access to content and functionality within the application.
• Auditing features allow the system to capture login attempts and database changes for specified tables, fields and maintenance forms.
