Fair scheduling event log
The system logs every event where a schedule change occurs that falls below a defined threshold.
To view the event log, select
.Each event in the log includes these details:
- The employee whose schedule was changed
- The date/time on which the schedule change was made
- The threshold date (corresponding to the start of shift, start of schedule, or last day of schedule) that was compared to the date on which the schedule change was made to determine the violation
- The user (scheduler) who made the schedule edit
- The actual user (scheduler) who made the schedule edit (applies in the case of proxies)
- The user who declared that the employee premium is to be waived, if applicable
- The actual user who declared that the employee premium is to be waived (applies in the case of proxies)
- The date/time on which the waiver occurred, if applicable
- The predefined reason that was selected by the scheduler
- Any comments that were added by the scheduler about the event
- Details about the original shift (before the edit that triggered the
event):
- The previous schedule start time
- The previous schedule end time
- The previous unpaid break minutes (includes only non-working minutes that do not contribute to cost)
- Details about the new shift (after the edit that triggered the
event):
- The new schedule start time
- The new schedule end time
- The new unpaid break minutes (includes only non-working minutes that do not contribute to cost)
