Defining hour types for YAG Overtime Report

The Year at a Glance - Overtime Report provides a summary of overtime that employees worked during the year. Only time marked with certain hour types are displayed on this report. System administrators define which hour types designate overtime and are displayed on Year at a Glance Reports.

  1. Select Maintenance > Payroll Settings > Hour Type.
  2. Click Edit beside the hour type you want displayed on Year at a Glance Reports.
  3. Select the Include in Year at a Glance check box.
  4. Click Save.
