Team dashboard

To open the Team dashboard, select Team from the menu bar.

You must specify a team ID and a date range, then select the information that you want to view from the Action list. The selected information is displayed when you click Go.

These options are available in the Action list:

  • Attendance allows supervisors at the start of the shift to see which employees in the team have not clocked on. Any employees in the team who are not scheduled are listed as ‘OFF’.
  • Exception displays team members with specific time codes, specified as irregular by system administrators, on their timesheets. This report can track any time code you want highlighted. The Details link displays the employee’s timesheet with the exception.
  • Exception - Notify displays the same information as Exception. When the report is run, a message is sent notifying the appropriate supervisor about the exception time code.
  • Exception - Unauthorized only displays team members with unauthorized exception time codes on their timesheets.
  • OT Report displays the total of overtime hours the team’s employees recorded over the specified time period. System administrators define which hour types represent overtime.
  • Schedule is used to view and edit team schedules.

  • Scheduled Absences displays any long-term absences the team’s employees recorded over the specified time period and the start and end time the absence occurred in. Scheduled days off in employee shift patterns are not displayed on the report. Sick days are also not displayed on the report.
  • Team Summary by Day displays the work details, grouped by day, for the team’s employees. The work details include what times each employee worked on the specified day and how many overtime hours they worked.
  • Team Summary by Emp displays the work details, grouped by employee, for the team’s employees. The work details include what times each employee worked on the specified days and how many overtime hours they worked.
  • Timesheet is used to view and edit team timesheets.
