Editing payroll information

  1. Select Payroll.
  2. Specify this information:
    Employee
    Specify the employee whose payroll information you want to edit.
    Team
    Specify a team to edit the payroll information of the team members.

    You cannot select both an employee and a team. If you complete both the Employee and Team fields, the first field you complete becomes null.

    Pay Group
    Specify the pay group for which you want to edit payroll settings.
    Date Selection
    Select a date range.
    Note: If you select any value other than Current Pay Period or Last Pay Period from the Date Selection drop-down list, you do not have to specify an employee or team.
    Action
    Select Payroll Settings.
  3. Click Go.
    The Pay Group panel is displayed.
  4. Click Edit beside the name of the employee whose payroll information you want to edit.
    The Payroll Group Detail panel is displayed.
  5. Modify the employee’s payroll settings as necessary.
  6. Click Save.
