Editing team schedules

  1. Select Team.
  2. Specify this information:
    Team
    Specify the team whose members’ schedules you want to edit.
    Sub Teams
    Select this check box to include employees belonging to the selected team’s sub teams.
    Date Selection
    Specify the date range. You can select a predefined period, such as This Week, or select Manual Date Range and specify a start date and end date for the date range.
    Action
    Select Schedule.
  3. Click Go.
    If you do not have permissions to edit the selected schedule, a non-editable Schedule page is displayed with a notification. From this page, you can view the information, but not make changes.

    If you have the required permissions to edit the employee’s schedule, the editable Schedule page is displayed.

  4. Click New in the date you want to edit.
  5. Select Sched Times from the drop-down list.
  6. Modify the schedule as necessary.
  7. Click Submit.
