Extension script callouts
Callouts provide an interface that customers can use to implement extension scripts that
make modifications to core functionality in Workforce Management. For example, a callout may
provide a mechanism to add custom validations when users perform specific transactions.
Customers implement callouts by developing extension scripts. A code template is included for each callout that can be used as a starting point for development. The templates create an outline of a callout implementation class and import any required classes. Developed extension scripts for callouts are selected and managed using the Extension Script Callouts maintenance form.
