Creating UI fields for parameters in a custom condition

To create UI fields for parameters in a custom condition:

  1. Select Maintenance > System Administration > Maintenance Forms.
  2. Search for the maintenance form named Quick Rule Editor and then click Edit.

    For every parameter in a condition, there should be a corresponding field in the Quick Rule Editor maintenance form using this syntax: cond_<parameter_name>. For example, if your condition parameter is named TimeCode, the field in the Quick Rule Editor maintenance form should be named cond_TimeCode.

  3. Using the above instructions, click the ‘+’ icon to add a field for a parameter and specify the appropriate values for your custom script.
