Viewing the device registration and maintenance page (cloud only)

As a system administrator, you can view the registered devices in WFM and enable, disable or delete the device to suit your business requirements. Other users may have read-only permissions for this page.

  1. Log in to WFM.
  2. Select Maintenance > Reader Setup > TimeTrack > TimeTrack Devices.
  3. This information is displayed:
    Name
    Name of the registered device.
    Description
    Description of the registered device.
    User
    User that is registered
    Actual User
    User that performed the registration.
    Enabled
    Specifies whether the device is enabled.
    Registration Status Update Time
    Date and time for the last registration status change.
