Example 1 - Violation

Employee A:

  • Clock Out 11:01 AM
  • Clock In 11:10 PM

Example 2 - Pass

Employee B:

  • Clock Out 2:15 PM
  • Clock In 2:35 PM

Schedule Compliance does not return a violation because the employee’s break is 20 minutes, longer than the 15 minute minimum. Note that even if the employee was only supposed to take a 15 minute break, this rule accepts any break longer than the set amount of time.
