Troubleshooting time synchronization
Occasionally the clock will stop synchronizing time which can result in the clock's time either falling back or moving ahead of the current time. Typically, this issue can occur when the Network Time Protocol (NTP) process on the clock is not working or the clock is not configured to use the correct NTP time server.
First, verify that the time zone in the clockâs reader configuration in WFM is set correctly to ensure that the issue is not being caused by an incorrect time zone configuration.
