Copying the shadow file to clocks
Before starting this procedure you must contact Infor Support to obtain the password_script.zip file.
Note: These steps should be performed on a
single clock to ensure the process works before pushing it to all clocks in a
production environment. The file update process allows you to update a single clock,
a group of clocks or all clocks.

The next step involves pushing the shadow file to a production clock(s) using the file update process.

Create a folder update.x in the folder for the latest
version of the clock update on WFM server machine, where
xis greater than any existing folder. - Unzip the password_script.zip that you obtained from Infor Support to the update.x folder.
- Copy the previously copied shadow file to the update.x/script folder.
The clock(s) will download the file on the next scheduled file update as configured in the clocks. No reboot of the clocks is required.
