Removing a patient from an assignment

Patients cannot be directly moved from one assignment to another. They are first removed from the current assignment and then assigned to the new assignment.

  1. Select Clinical Science > Assignments > Patient Assignments.
  2. Verify that the correct Assignment Parameters have been selected. If they have not, select the data from the appropriate search boxes above the header. You can scroll, filter or perform a search to locate the data.
  3. On the assignment panel, select the assignment with the patient to be reassigned and click the ellipsis (3-dot) menu on the top-right of the assignment card.
  4. Select Unassign. On the Unassign screen, select the patient or patients to be removed from the assignment and then select Unassign.
