Removing a patient from an assignment
Patients cannot be directly moved from one assignment to another. They are first removed from the current assignment and then assigned to the new assignment.
- Select .
- Verify that the correct Assignment Parameters have been selected. If they have not, select the data from the appropriate search boxes above the header. You can scroll, filter or perform a search to locate the data.
- On the assignment panel, select the assignment with the patient to be reassigned and click the ellipsis (3-dot) menu on the top-right of the assignment card.
- Select . On the Unassign screen, select the patient or patients to be removed from the assignment and then select .
