Creating government reporting codes for intervention lists

You can create government reporting codes for intervention lists.

  1. Select Clinical Science > Setup > Interventions > Intervention List Government Reporting Code.
  2. On the Intervention List Government Reporting Codes Details screen, click Create New Entry.
  3. Specify this information:
    Code
    Specify the government reporting code.
    Description
    Specify a text description of the government reporting code.
  4. Click Save.
