Viewing existing accruals

Before you create an accrual, verify that none of the existing accruals satisfy the same business need.

  1. Select Maintenance > Balances and Accruals > Accruals > Accrual Setup.
    The Accrual Setup page lists all the accruals that are currently set up in the application.
  2. Click Edit next to an accrual to view the accrual's details.
    The Accrual Detail page lists which balance is affected by the accrual, and other pertinent details such as the “good” and “bad” time codes that trigger an increase or decrease in the accrual's balance.
