Skills in LFSO

Skills are applied in LFSO as part of workload requirements, which are configured on the department level. Each position requirement can only be associated with one skill. In contrast to MVS, all skills in LFSO are considered mandatory skills for qualification purposes. Therefore, the Honor Required Skills rule should be selected for LFSO Auto-Assignment if skills are used as a qualification factor. The Honor Optional Skills rule does not do anything when used in an LFSO Auto-Assignment process.
